Terms and Conditions for Purchase:

Please read these terms and conditions very carefully before using this site. By using this site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them. In these terms and conditions, the “Customer” will mean any person, firm, company or body, which places an order with Winebeast.


It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18 years old. The Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above by placing an order. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her account to purchase alcoholic products. Customer should ensure a person aged 18 or above to be receive the delivery. Winebeast shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Winebeast’s acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability.

All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and Winebeast reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in your order we will notify you by phone or email before dispatching your order.

Exchange/refund Policy

No exchange or refund is available on any goods purchased on the online store. Please confirm all items on your shopping cart before making a payment.
In the case that the Customer’s order cannot be fulfilled due to the shortage of stock, we offer the option to refund the payment into Customer’s credit card account after confirmation.


The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims must be lodged to our customer service hotline +852 8197 8009 at the time of delivery, if you are unable to reach us at the hotline, please send your claim to our email instead. Otherwise we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim after delivery.

Cash Voucher

Winebeast cash vouchers are not redeemable on


All risks in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery but Winebeast shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received.

Force Majeure

Winebeast shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Winebeast.

Payment Terms

We accept payment through Paypal only. All product prices listed are in HK dollars.
Your offer to purchase made on shall be subject to our sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock.
Winebeast reserves the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

Delivery Policy

Free delivery is offered (single location only) for purchases over or equal to HK$3,000. For purchases under HK$3,000, a delivery charge of HK$150 will be applied.
No Delivery services will be provided for Lantau Island, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, Lo Wu,  and other Outlying Islands.
Once an order has been confirmed, delivery will be scheduled within 48 hours. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive.
Delivery service is only available to buildings with lift service, and must be either a commercial or a residential address. Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.
Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
We reserve the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely. 

Non-pickup / non-delivery

Winebeast has the right to charge storage fees for storing the wine in the event that the wine is non-deliverable within two weeks of purchase due to customer's failure to notify Winebeast of change of address or contact details or a customer refuses to take delivery of the wine.
Winebeast has the right to dispose of the wine with no further notice to the Customer in the event that the wine could not be delivered or the storage fees have not been paid within 4 months from the date of purchase. Winebeast shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of disposal of the wine in such circumstances.

Winebeast may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, Winebeast’s determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
